How does their plan differ from North American wall-bearing strawbale designs, other than the foundation & roof of course? Are there any earthquake tests on Nebraska homes?

it kills me that whenever we (north americans) are able to apply research like this it is always in the context of saving “they” the other, poor people, who cannot afford….WE NEED TO DEMAND ACCESS TO THIS FOR OURSELVES! OUr current building codes, construction process, industry standards, business models, and multi tiered regulation prevent north americans from accessing cheap housing! Can you imagine walking into a building department for a permit application and showing plans with a gravel bag foundation!?!?!?!?WE NEED A REVOLUTION AND PEOPLE LIKE DONOVAN TO LEAD IT!!!!
